It looks like it has now become a fashion for the companies to bring out their diet pills in different variants. This product also, now comes as ephedrasil original and ephedrasil hardcore. This diet pill does not contain ephedra but gives the effects like that and hence the name.
Knowing Ephedrasil
The ingredients of ephedrasil are:-
- Green tea equivalent to about 40% caffeine, this is the main stimulant ingredient. Other than this other strong stimulsating properties are also carried by Metabromine, which is also another alternative to ephedra.
- The other mind altering substance present in this product is Glucuronolactone. This has anti depressant properties and helps to improve memory. Again now the passion flower Valerian root both are known for the calming effects they have on the mind.
- Ephedrasil hard core : Some ingredients are same as above but in addition contain some other compounds like chromium polynicontinate, Vinpocetine, and vitamin B12. So basically in this formula, chromium polynicontinate does the job of hunger suppression. And Vitamin B12 is included for the sake of improved nutrition and energy. Vinpocetine is a substance linked with mind altering property for improved memory and concentration. This is supposed to help us with so called clear thinking. Now according to manufacturers, caffeine, synephrine, and vinpocetine, would be a very powerful combination to create high and uplifted mood with energy to go about tasks without eating.
Although all of above does seem very logical one tends to forget that anything that has mind altering property and give an amphetamine like rush feeling can be very bad in long run. And one cannot ignore the abuse potential.
How does Ephedrasil compare with other diet pills like Phenocal?
The biggest drawback of ephedrasil is that it has many mind altering substances. Though some are herbal still they hold abuse potential and person may develop dependency this is not the case with Phenocal. Though ephedrasil and Phenocal both work on hunger suppression, Phenocal contains the well researched herb Hoodia as a hunger suppressant agent which acts on the GI system rather than directly on the mind. Both contain the stimulant green tea extract; however the amount of this ingredient in Phenocal brings about boosted metabolism rather than a rush of energy. Also Phenocal does not have abuse potential like Ephedrasil and hence scores as a better diet pill.
